Crossfit...

it's not just for marines.

Or at least that is what my husband likes to think.

For those of you who don't know, crossfit is some extreme workout program that is wildly popular in the marine community.

After a few weeks of coaxing, my husband convinced me to become his new crossfit partner.

180 lunges, 60 pull-ups (with some assistance), and 60 sit-ups later...

I can't move.

But I did it all in 20 minutes, 15 seconds.
